These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products offered on the website of the brand La Ceinture Camargue by Armaño, specializing in the manufacturing and sale of artisanal leather belts inspired by the Camargue.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2. Products

The products offered for sale are artisanal leather belts.

Each product is presented with the most precise description possible. Photographs are non-contractual.


3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).

The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.


4. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes a sales contract upon payment validation.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer after order validation.


5. Payment

Payment is secure and can be made via the payment methods offered on the secure payment platform used by the site.


6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within metropolitan France via La Poste.

Delivery methods:

  • Colissimo to letterbox

Delivery is free in metropolitan France for purchases of €69 or more.

Delivery times are indicative.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition.


8. Returns

Returns must be made after contacting customer service.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer except in the case of a defective product.
